A really nice collection. Even though the characters do not know each other, their tales overlap thematically. I also think that Joyce did a great job in choosing the order of these stories. They build on each other, kind of snowball, and lead to a conclusion that is just perfect. The writing is both subtle and powerful.

A wonderful collection of short stories that will leave you craving for more. My favorites have to be Araby and Eveline, timeless pieces of writing that are short in length yet leave you thinking for a long time
