EASY Honey Mustard Chicken

1 whole - chicken (or chicken parts)
2 Tablespoons - mustard
2 Tablespoons - honey
optional - paprika
Stir honey and mustard together. (Amount needed will depend on size of chicken; just always use equal parts honey and mustard.)
Rinse chicken and place in baking pan, skin-side up
Brush or spoon honey-mustard mixture over entire skin area
If desired, sprinkle lightly with paprika
Place in oven for 45 minutes (chicken parts) or 20min/lb (whole chicken).
This is SOoooo easy - it takes almost no time to prepare and the chicken stays very moist!
