Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut all vegetables into uniform pieces - about medium sized cubes. In a small bowl combine ground beef, worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Make 4 pouches out of tilnfoil, and add vegetables. (Divide evenly between them.) Dot vegetables with 1 tablespoon of butter for each pouch. Salt and pepper if desired. Shape meat into four patties - one for each pouch. Add a patty to each pouch and seal. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
These can be made on the grill outside. Just put on a medium hot grill for thirty minutes instead of placing in the oven.
