If you liked the film "Super Size Me", you will love this book. Surlock's writing style is easy and fun to read. It had me laughing out loud - as well as seriously concerned about the current state of our country's obesity epidemic.

A return to and an expansion on the topics addressed in his film Supersize Me. I read this quickly and enjoyed it very much. He is not a "great writer" but he is entertaining, and the book is informative. I find both the book and the movie to be very motivating to stay healthy!

This book was my main inspiration to begin (and maintain) healthier eating habits. Although it isn't your traditional 'diet' book, this book opens your eyes to the dangers of eating fast food and all the yucky consequences that go with it. Although it focuses on obesity and McDonald's, it also touches on outsourcing of children's cafeteria lunches, supermarket products, diet fads, bariatric surgery and more. A good, but sometimes scary (it takes 7 hrs of straight walking to burn off a supersized coke, fries & big mac) read!

Really good book. It sure made me stop eating anything processed, although Spurlock's focus was just McDonald's. My health has improved immeasurably.

If you enjoyed "Super Size Me" the movie, you'll be equally satisfied by "Don't Eat this Book". It goes into gory detail on Spurlock's 30 day McDonald's binge, and includes a wealth of other information.

Listening to this book has almost broken me of my fast-food habit, especially at the subject chain where I had been pulling up to the drive-through window 3 to 5 times a week. This book also has me reading labels more often at the grocery store, and only skimming the center aisles of processed stuff. I walked into the discount bread store the other day, read a few labels, and three minutes later walked out without buying a thing! Thank you, Morgan Spurlock!

This book was a good reminder of the variety of known health hazards associated with eating fast food regularly and also a brain tickler on what we dont know about long-term health risks associated with regular intake of junk food.Spurlock guides the reader through a sea of facts, making them easily accessible through his narration. The book is sprinkled with funny incidents (such as how Spurlock came up with this idea) and the various reactions of friends, family, and doctors. In avoiding fear tactics, he keeps the reader from shying away from finishing his book.

Full of information about eating fast foods and the consequences. More or less tells the story of the making of his movie "SuperSize Me".
