If anyone knows about being in good shape it is Joyce Vedral. I have many of her weight and exercise videos. She is 60 and has the body of a 20 year old all thru eating right and exercise.
I like the large number of meal plans and ideas.
I like the lists of 30 snack meals, 30 lunch ideas, 30 breakfast, and 30 dinner ideas. Having them all right together really helped. The food is not boring! And with Joyce's motivational style it will help you change your attitude toward food.
It teaches you to eat right and the bonus is loing weight and inches.
It makes it clear how to eat healthy and prepare it, something a lot of people want to do and dont' know how.
I liked it because it was sensible and easy to follow. Practical for everyone.
