A feel-good page-turner. This was my first book by Luanne Rice, and I fully intend to read more. By 20 pages into the book, Mickey and Neve felt like old friends--I cared about them and what they were going through. Read this one--you won't be sorry.

First of all i love this author, seems always to be a hidden lesson and the ending always leaves you with a "satisfied" feeling, like a good meal. This i think is one of her better novels and i loved every minute that i spent with "The Edge of Winter". It's a winner!!

This is the first time i read a Luann Rice book, and it wasn't half bad. I'm not sure I will seek anymore of her books out unless one really catches my eye, but I'm glad I read it
