This was a quick and easy read. A bit predictable, it is easy to see where the story is going. I do recommend it though if you're just looking for something easy and enjoyable to read. A nice story about second chances and standing up for what you love.

An absolutely wonderful book! Luanne Rice never fails to deliver and this is one of her best!
A feel-good page-turner. This was my first book by Luanne Rice, and I fully intend to read more. By 20 pages into the book, Mickey and Neve felt like old friends--I cared about them and what they were going through. Read this one--you won't be sorry.
First of all i love this author, seems always to be a hidden lesson and the ending always leaves you with a "satisfied" feeling, like a good meal. This i think is one of her better novels and i loved every minute that i spent with "The Edge of Winter". It's a winner!!
