I picked up a batch of her books at the UBS (also a bunch of Singh and Cole - someone in town is culling their parnormal collection, lucky me!) but they didn't have the first one, Tempting Danger. Should I wait to get it or go ahead?

well, the only one i've read is Tempting Danger, so i can't say for sure, but the next book does have the same main character so it's probably best to read them in order.  it was quite a while back, so i don't remember much, but i think the world was kind of complicated.

Yes, I think they are better to read in order. The background story continues from one to another.

Willa, there is like 100 folks waiting for that one.  Let me know if you would like to borrow it.

Yes, I've been waiting for that first one for quite a while... the line for it seems to be moving very slowly!  I may have to break down and buy it... book 2 is just sitting here... waiting...

Emily, that would be terrific! I feel kind of silly for having bought 4 books by an unknown writer, but I just had a good feeling about them and paranormals go so fast...

I tried to read a few of her books but just could not get into them.  Hope you have better success!

I really like her.  I think because she has slightly older women who actually have a life and a job before meeting the alpha fuzzy.   The total lack of female doormats pleases me.

I'm gonna have to break down and buy Tempting Danger too.  I read a short story of hers in an anthology and went straight to PBS and put her other books on my WL. I've managed to collect the 2nd and 3rd books but not the first,  so I decided I'm gonna treat myself and get it new :)

I do have to warn folks, Tempting Danger was based on a short story.  It was made longer and changed slightly.  I think it was the one in Lover Beware
