Listed on her website "Living the History"  Pretty cool, I love it when authors do this.

Daphne you'll love some of the covers.

I'd provide a link but have no clue how to sorry!

I LOVED Queen of Swords by Judith Tarr! That is one book I recommend to everyone. It's pure historical fiction and has no fantasy involved like some of her other books. And of course Here be Dragons by SKP is excellent, too!

Wow, I haven't read any of them, although I do have Here Be Dragons in my TBR pile. I'll definitely be checking these out! Thanks for the link.

I wanted to let you guys know that the Jan Guillou book she mentioned,"Road to Jerusalem", is being re-issued here in the U.S. as a hardcover. Below is the link:

It's the 1st in a trilogy and sounds like it will be a good read! ;-)

After reading through this list, I ordered a few of the books from here at PBS: My Lady's Crusade, Alinor & Madselin.

One of the best books I have ever read is called "These is my Words" by Nancy Turner. I have searched on Paperback Swap to see if anyone has it posted; but have never seen it; It is worth buying at the book store or library. Enjoy!

So did I, Felicia. I also had to order a few from online booksellers.

Like I really needed to do that!

I read "These Is My Words" years ago, and loved it! I'd really, really like to get my hands on the two other books in the series. I need to add them to my wishlist. ;-)
