this is a very frank book by the beautiful Elizabeth Taylor. she talks about her weight problems thru the years and dishes a little.

This book is more autobiography than not. Of course there are some recipes, and outdated but useful exercises. Elizabeth talks more about how she gained weight and lost it, she also talks about how she felt and turning points in her life and whatnot. It's a great book if you're an Elizabeth Taylor fan.
