I'm a big fan of military thrillers and this definitely qualifies. You take two life long military friends, pit them against each other unknowingly in submarines and you have one heck of a good book-kept my interest all the way. I highly recommend this one.

Well written, fast moving, good action- what's not to like? By page 60 it became clear this was another "Stupid Book." i.e. based on a premise so dumb it poisoned an otherwise good read. (I also won't stand for propaganda masquerading as entertainment. Can't those we pay to entertainment us resist "educating" us?) Dimercurio has done his technical homework- he really knows his stuff.

A good submarine yarn, lots of action, a pretty good page turner.
