DOIG WRITES OF MONTANA AS HILLERMAN DOES OF NEW MEXICO BUT WITH A BETTER LITERARY STYLE.
If you like setting, scenery and narration of a great story, this book is for you. It adds depth to the other two of the trilogy. I devoured it.
A trip back in time before WW2 out west.
