The five volumes are very scarce. Dover published this edition of Volume I in 1965. I have owned it for nearly all of those years. Vol. I contains fifty-three ballads in all, including Lady Isabel and the Elfin Knight, Gil Brenton, The Fair Flower of Northumerland, The Twa Sisters, Lord Randal, Hind Horn, The Cruel Mother, The Bonny Hind, Proud Lady Margaret, Kempy Kay, King John and the Bishop, and more.
