Just a curious item...

While browsing the wishlists of my historical fiction buddies, I discovered that a whole lot of you have the new Eric Clapton autobiography on your lists.  While I'm not really sure I want to read his autobiography, Eric Clapton is one of my favorite musicians.   Historical Fiction, Eric Clapton and ....?

I read the autobiography of Patty Boyd who was originally married to George Harrison and left him for Eric Clapton.  Her book was OKAY.  Entitled Beautiful Tonight.  Don't think I will bother with Claptons autobio.

I have Patti Boyd's autobiography on my WL, but not Clapton's.  I figure hers is the more interesting life.

I had it on my wishlist, but when I saw I was #235 in line for it, I took it off!  *sigh*

I'll probably buy it at some point.  Hubby and I are both fans of Eric. He's an awesome guitarist.

I'm a huge Clapton fan. I read a review for the book a few months back and put it on my WL.

PS: I'm #11 on the WL.  It will probably wind up on my keeper shelf once I get it. I have loads of musician bios, including Ray Davies, Pete Townshend and Bob Dylan.
