This book explores a Powerful Spirual Jorney, though Wisdom and
deeply felt short essays. She make's you reflect on you own idea's
and feelings regardless of your color, race,or wealth.
The most memorable, to me, piece of wisdom in this book is that space is everything. I don't think it's a joke that the wrong house can make or break your relationship. :)
Everything she writes is a vision of beauty and a profound statement of humanity.
this book is a inspiration but all of her books are if you havent read one start now, you wont regret it
Essays from the author of "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings"
The continuation of "Wouldn't Take Nothing for My Journey Now"
This book contains a collection of Maya Angelou's thoughts presented through poetry and prose. I enjoyed it very much.
love maya angelou - love this book - it is a hardcover
Sadly Maya passed away recently. As in Wouldn't Take Nothing for My Journey Now, Maya talks of the things she cares about most. I hadn't read any of her writings before and enjoyed her insight into Oprah, age and sexuality.
