A steamy, erotic read by Anne Rice (she writes erotica under the name Anne Rampling). I don't get much into erotica, but I did enjoy this book.

WOW! I am amazed with this book. It explores some very touchy sexual issues. BDSM is not as taboo as it used to be, but this book brings it fully to a new awareness. I was pleased with how tastefully, erotic and true to it's subject that it was. Not to mention it shows those who participate in a lifestyle different than the normal can still be normal people who love and live a life much like the rest of the world. I will definitely be keeping this one and will likely read it again. I recommend it highly for the curious.

A different twist for Anne Rice, not as erotic as the Sleeping Beauty series, but definitly erotic and full of games and mystery.

So I wasn't as impressed with this book as I was hoping. I guess I had the Sleeping Beauty books in my mind and although this was good in its own regard, it didn't quite meet up with my expectations. Frankly, I was expecting an erotica book but I got a love story with some steamy erotic scenes about S&M. Again, I'm not saying it didn't have it's good moments, because it did. It just wasn't what I bargained for. Since it was good in it's own right, I'll give it 4 stars!

I just got done with this book and it took me little to get going with maybe I was just too busy to read this week but once I finally did finished it and to me it was okay I read hotter ones.It stated picking up at the end though.I wanted to shake the woman in this book.Hey any guy who lets you whip him with a belt and wants to give his undying love after it then I say don't be so stupid go for it.The book was okay.Reviews are just opinions and that is mine.
