Why is this method of circumventing FIFO endorced by PSB when other methods prohibited? Mary Anne |

Other methods aren't all prohibited, for example it's possible to post to a friend's WL which also bypasses FIFO. |

Got me Marya. Forgot about that one. Still begs the questions. Why bother having FIFO when PBS endorses the ability to circumvent it? FIFO is a fiction as a result of exceptions. |

There are some very vocal members who have stated in posts here that they will NOT violate FIFO by sending to friends! They are all about the 'fairness' of the FIFO system. |

Directed Delivery forces even members using the FIFO as intended to send out of order on available in-system, Bookshelf books. WL items are not effected by Directed Delivery. Posting WL items FIFO is not fictitious. I both get and send true FIFO offers, although I freely admit that sometimes when I send them (not all the time), I will check to see if any of my other WL titles are on the same person's list since it makes it possible for me to post more items instead of them sitting in my room until I have more postage money. |
