This is a great work of fiction...overshadowed by the likes of Jaws and Meg...a thrilling story of a Megladon shark that surfaces off the coast of Louisiana...as if they didn't have enough to worry about after Katrina.

I really enjoyed this book. I love stories like Jaws and Meg and this was right up my alley. Great action and a high body count. Exciting and fun. It was nearly impossible to put this book down. Highly recommend!

Wow! This was a pretty entertaining book - similar, of course, to Steve Alten's Meg series. Despite the anatomically strange cover, the book felt very well researched. And it was certainly entertain, and exciting. Not to mention the fun of finding references to all four _Jaws_ films! How fun!

An acceptable "creature feature" book. The characters aren't drawn very deeply, but sufficient. Most of the likable ones live and most of the unlikable ones die. Can help pass the time.
