Published in Great Britain in 1995 - A collection of 20 true crime stories of women in both the UK and the US.

From the back cover: Revenge, some say, is a dish best served cold... And revenge is a dish which women seem to deliver with glorious panache.

Clarkson is a British author and there are some references and language usage that sound awkward. His compilation over 20 female killers/serial killers is a great overview. This might be a good guide toward finding stories in more depth about women he has written about in these 300+pp's. He is writing nonfiction, true crime and his speciality is women. He has written several books in this area. I wish he had an editor though. I enjoyed the book and would recommend it to anyone who has an interest in the female killer. Great overview, but if you want more depth, more detail and more storyline you probably want Ann Rule, etc.
