This is a very handy little book. It has recipes using eggs for breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus souffles, custards, puddings, pies, cakes and pancakes. On those days when you have almost nothing but eggs in the fridge, and you need a quick recipe and some inspiration, this book will be a big help.
