I have read a couple of books now on Codependency and this wasn't one of the better ones. I thought it was good, so gave it 3 stars. But it spent A LOT of time going through each type of child abuse to show where codependency begins. It spends very little time talking about the recovery phase. Other books have done a better job of prioritizing their subject matter. However, if you think you are codependent, and this is the only book you can find on the subject, I say Read It!
