I have a kendle and downloaded a spelling game.  After a time I saw that my lettering on the keyboard was fading out, especially on the vowels. Any one else notice this. When I called about it all they wanted to do was see about sending a new 1 but  I really didn't want to do that????? It was a gift from my husband.

If you read the Kindle Forum on Amazon, this apparently has been a problem for a long time. I don't use my keyboard so haven't noticed any problem.

You can get a Nokey skin to cover the keyboard and the skin has the letters on it. Also I have read where people call Kindle customer service about that and they send the skin for free. I haven't done it, though one of my Kindle's has some fading.

Good to know.  I hardly ever use my keyboard, but now I know what to do in the future.
