On sunbeams from my window pane
a secret world of fairies came
in the rays shining bright
I saw the fairies taking flight
only in the light they dare
to swoop and dance through the air
shining glistening while they play
How I wish they'd stay all day
Mama says it's dust to blame
I know they're fairies just the same

I love this. I know that I have also seen them; it most definitely was NOT dust............ Kris
