Ingredients
  • 2 Cups - Sugar
  • 2 Cups - Flour
  • 2 Tsp - Soda
  • 2 Tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp - Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups - Wesson Oil
  • 3 Cups - Finely Grated Carrots
  • 4 - Eggs
Directions

Combine dry ingredients and mix well.  Add eggs and oil and mix.  Add carrots and mix well.  Grease and flour 3  nine inch pans.  Distribute batter evenly.  Bake at 350 for about 30 min.

Cream Cheese Frosting

1   8oz   Cream Cheese             1 box   powdered sugar

1   stick  butter                               1 tsp. vanilla

1 Cup chopped pecans

 

Mix cream cheese and butter then add sugar slowly and then vanilla.  Mix well.  You can mix in the pecans if you like.  I used them as a garnish on the top.  Decorative like!
