Hope I did this right! This is a new post to keep track of your excercise for the month of Feb. Welcome all old and new people interested in accountability and encouragment. I am starting Leslie Sansone"s eat smart walk strong 6 week program starting Feb 4.
Feb. 1, 2011 Did 20 min with kettle bells. Swings, double, single figure 8, hang swing and a few crunches for good measure. Makes 3 weeks
Feb. 2,2011 rest day and money day, do all my money transactions. Church and home
Feb 3, 2011 Errand day and craft night
My goals for this week : work on Intentional Eating Habits. Drink more water, say grace, put fork down between mouthfuls of food, feel that hunger feeling:
Feb 4, 2011 Walked 5 miles with a stretch with Lesie Sansone Good day for me to do the full 5 miles as it is my day off. Probably will not do the full 5 on work days.
Feb 5 2011 Kettle bells 5 lb 3 sets of 10 swings, single swings, figure 8, hand swing, a lift. didn't want to but got up and did some!
Feb 6 2011 Walked 3 miles and stretched, why is it so much harder want to excerise this week?
feb 7 2011 21 wedge program 21 excercies 21 reps these are strength excercies
Feb 8, 2011 walk 3 miles and stretched. felt good and got all my house work done this week.
Feb 9, 2011 rest day money duties
Feb 10, 2011 errand day and boy is that mc food going to taste good today!
end of 4th week 5 days a week, excercise
work on same goals as last week, grace, water, feel that hunger
Feb 11 walked 5 miles with Lesle love it
Feb 12 kettle bells with tape of tv program nice but couldn't do the last floor one.but thats ok did crunches during it.
Feb 13 walking 2 miles, need time to watch race clash (had to tape end) LOL Now that racing has started Sunday will be an issue!
Feb 14oops! My body and mind felt like walking and I didn't realize it was suppose to be strength day! walked 3 miles with Lesile
Feb 15 kettke bells with video getting better but 2 excercisers i can not do so did crunches instead. Can't believe I done for this week it went fast!
Feb 16 rest day, work on money reports
Feb 17 rest day, run errands,craft night maybe
end of 5th week 5 days a week
Feb 18 walk 5 miles goals this week are eating good breakfast continue drinking water and saying grace, and eating slower
Feb 19 21 wedge today 21 excercises 21 rep. did it after breakfast not a good idea!
Feb 20 walk 2 miles gotta go watch race!
Feb 21 did wedge 21, had a terrible headache and couldn't thiink about the kettle bells.
Feb 22 OMG had DR appointment and was worried about getting in excercies. But I got off my butt to do 1 mile walk and ended up dooing 2! It felt so good and glad I did it. another week down of 5 days of excercise! Praise God !
end of 6th week of excercise 3rd week of working on Leslie Sanones eat smart book working on serving sizes this week.
Feb 23 rest day accounting work
Feb 24 errand day and craft night
Feb 25 walked 5 miles felt good, lets go!
Feb 26 ketttke bells with Jillian two I stil cannot do! not corordinated enough.
Feb 27 walked 2 miles
Feb 28 ketttle bells with jillian i did one of the onee i have a tuff time with once! LOL

Cool! This is my second month. I am going to increase time at least a few days a week and try to exercise for at least 5 days a week. I am using this log to hold myself accountable to exercise!
I am also trying the leslie sansone 6 week thing. My goals this week are to drink more water and not read while I eat.
Feb 1- explosion cardio with kendall- 32 mintutes. It was pretty hard, lots of skiing type moves.
Feb 2-leslie sansone 3 miles with 2 lb weights -45 minutes plus some shoveling
Feb 3-craft night
Feb 4- 32 minutes urban rebounder beginner
Feb 5- explosive cardio-kendall- 35 min
Feb 6- leslie sansone cardio slimdown- 2 lb weights 30 minutes
Feb 7- jillian Micheals- kettle bells 25 minutes- I used a 5 lb weight.
Feb 8- no exercise doing housework so we can leave for PA at 3:30 AM!! hope to use the hotels fitness room and pool for the next 3 days.
Feb 20- 60 minutes easy exercise bike while I watched a tv show- 5 reps with toning wheel
Feb 21- 30 min 2 mile walk with leslie sansone- 5 reps with toning wheel
Feb 22- 25 minutes Cardioke
Feb 23- urban rebounder- tried intermediate- but I am not ready for that. I stopped after 35-40 minutes.
Feb 24 craft night
Feb 25 60 minutes easy bike ride
Feb 26- 20 minute cardio slimdown leslie sansone with 2 lb weights
Feb 27- couldn't get myself to exercise- I'm having a tough month.
Feb 28- 26 minutes 10 lb slimdown blast with chris freytag

Feb. 2 - did the firm body sculpt dvd
Feb. 4 - heading to the gym now to do 45 mins walk / run on treadmill. Good luck to everyone!!
Feb. 5 - 25 mins of Ab workout
Feb 6 - 1 mile walk with dog and chopping ice on the driveway
Feb 7 - 15 mins on bike and lifted weights for 40 mins
Feb 8 - 45 min walk / run
Feb. 9 - rest (too tired and sore)
Feb. 10 - Ab Dvd
Feb.12 - 1.5 mile walk with dog (tried to go longer but path was still covered in ice)
Feb 13 - 1 mile walk with dog
Feb 14 - 2 mile walk with dog
Feb. 15 - 1 mile walk with dog and son (don't think my son added to the calorie burn ) I have been lazy this week.
Feb 16 - none
Feb. 17 - 3 mile walk with dog
Feb. 18 - 1 mile walk with dog
Feb. 19 - lifted weights at gym for an hour.. 1 mile walk with dog
Feb 22 - 45 mins treadmill
Feb. 26 - 30 mins on elliptical, 15 on treadmill, 10 mins of weights
Feb. 27 - 3 mile walk with dog
Feb. 28 - 20 mins on ellipical and 10 mins on bike

Welcome Stephenie! thanks for joining us. This has really made me feel more like excerising knowing someone is watching me makes me feel like I have to keep at it and encouraging each other if we get down helps to. Good luck!

Off to a rough, slow start this month, but I feel like I can get back in the swing of things if I don't let myself get bogged down at what I wasn't able to do earlier this month.

Glad you are back Brenna! Keep up the great work girls. only 12 months in a year and we are half way through our second on to our third. Snow shoveling sure counts and hopefully that will be ending soon!
Ok, the past two weeks have been bad for me in terms of getting workouts in. This week I'm going to try to do better, and see if I can get at least 5 days of working out in to get myself back on track! Wednesday used to be my "break from working out" day but I no longer have that after-work commitment, though I will be starting tutoring soon, so whichever day(s) that is will probably become the new "break days."
I hear you Brenna, I have Dr appointments on the next 2 Tuesday and I am fretting I will lose it! In the past when my schedule gets messed up is when I give up and I don't want to do that this time. So maybe walking on my wrong day will work out and I'll less time tomorrow so getting in a strength excercise won't take as much time as walking so it will work out for me.
Thanks mom! I have really fallen off the wagon. Went to PA for a hunting show and I exercised when I was there, but Sunday we left at 3:30 am -so no exercise that day and Monday i got sick. I'm hoping to start back on track this weekend. I am also struggling with not reading and eating at the same time. That has been my habit for a long time!!
Angela as long as you are gettng that water in to you don't worry about reading and eating right now. That may be something you are not ready to commit too and thats ok! 2 m onths ago remember I wasn't ready to commit to any excercise? Eating good breakfasts are this weeks goal. I think this will be an easy one for us and it might encourage you!
Thank you everyone for the messages and the PMs. I am trying to get back on track. I am going to have cereal for breakfast and lunch and a good dinner. I will also try to get up early and exercise tomorrow. Not reading while I am eating is very tough. Maybe I will just do that for dinner.
A few more days Angela and a new month starts perfect for getting back to the routine! Congratulations everyone for working out, and surely snow shoveling counts! Thats hard work! And your are getting nice fresh air. I can't wait for spring to get out in the fresh air and walk, walk walk!
