It seems that way from the help files... just wanting to confirm, I keep seeing people talking about feedback, but I don't seem to have any options for getting or giving it in the regular system....

Yes, feedback is only for Box of Books transactions. The only other form of feedback for a transaction is the survey you fill out when you receive a book.
