Is there any place I can view a member's feedback from past transcations? I think I have ran into a problem member, and I would like to confirm this.

No, there isn't. Members that are in the habit of not following the rules are weeded out pretty quickly by the system and/or the admins.

Depends on the problem also. You could browse the help docs and see if your particular problem is covered. Almost everything is covered here, with instructions on how you should proceed. If it's not, you can use the "contact us" link at the bottom of every page to report the issue.

No Kim, PBS is not set up to accept or track member feedback.  Some members report that they keep a list of swappers they do not wish to trade with.  This is about the only real option.

Frankly tho, PBS has a very large membership.  You are unlikely to run accross that member again.

I don't know exactly what you're trying to find out but perhaps you can find out a lttle information about another member by doing the following:

Click on a member's user name. ( In your case :KIM S.) It will take you to the member's profile page. In the middle is a blue box showing the member's transactions and in the middle of that box it says: MEMBER POSTS. click on the number below it and you will see all the posts , if any, from that member.

I don't if you would find what you want but perhaps you would get a feel for that person's attitude.
