Salem is organizing a reunion for all the power-hungry warlocks now serving time as household pets. But after all that work, he needs a break. So when a former follower suggests an exciting outside adventure, Salem sneaks out of the house.

But then Salem and his friend are mistakenly nabbed by the dogcatcher and thrown behind bars. Life at the pound is the pits-until Salem meets his fellow furry inmates and realizes all may not be lost. They need a leader, and he's a natural. Together, they can blow the joint wide open!
