This is a well written and entertaining read. The plot is original, the characters believable and the weapons great.
This story could well be the news someday soon. When you genetically alter the oldest life form on earth to make it indestructible something's got to go wrong... and it does. Our heroes face an enemy from the ancient past and the near future.
There are plenty of combat scenes and non stop action from the beginning. Prepare to read when you should be doing something else.

Great book, started off a bit slow but the pace ramped up quickly and then it became a "can't put it down" type of book.

Science and action with a not impossible doomsday scenario and becomes very thought provoking as the story unfolds. A scary look at modern science possibilities under the control of religious zealots with dreams of world control.

Frankly, I see elements of all of this as reality in our times, just not under the same umbrella....we have GMO's, we have corrupt and dangerous politicians, we have religous zealots, we have mind altering drugs, we have people who are completely insane with greed. The earth in this book is not ours, yet!!

Highly recommended as a modern day science/action/political thriller.
