I've decided to go ahead and file a report with the post office about my lost book from back in January.  Unfortunately, the requester refuses to communicate with me in any way and has ignored all my PMs.

How do I recover her address now?  Once the book was mailed, I couldn't access this information.

Unfortunately, you cannot get her address any other way. PBS cannot release that info per their Privacy Policy (from the HC, looking up "Lost Books" - We are unable to provide member address information outside of the duration of an active transaction, due to the PBS Privacy Policy.)

All you can do at this point is either pm her again or contact R&R to see if they can e-mail her and request that she respond to you.

I can see the address where I mailed a book using the details button on the books I have mailed tab. This information disappears in the transaction archives. Not sure what happens if it is marked lost as (crossing fingers and toes) I have been lucky so far.

I just checked my TA for a book lost that I mailed. Unfortunately, only the receiver's state is listed, not their address. so, unless you keep copies of your send list, you have no way of getting the information.
