I've been a fan of Valerie's for many years and enjoyed her first book. This book was a bit more self-indulgent and much of it what's been happening in her life has been written about in People Magazine. That being said, I still enjoyed the book. The media today places such spotlights on celebrities that it's easy to lose sight they are just human and make the same mistakes and have the same insecurities as the rest of us. If you like Valerie you'll like this book.
