Search - Finding Nouf

This was a "can't put it down" kind of book, with an unusual setting for a murder mystery. The Islamic culture and mores of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia are integral to the story, and define the characters and their actions. But rather than allowing this to limit the plot and turn the people into stereotypes, Ferraris creates a complex situation with interesting and believable people. This is her first novel, and I'll be looking for more of her work.
