I've listened to several of the more recent law school supplements, thinking that the most recent have to be the best. Not so! As always, Prof. Glannon is the best for civil procedure, even if it means digging out the old tape player to hear him explain it.
This tape series goes excellent with Prof. Glannon's E&E and the Glannon Guide to Civil Procedure. Every 1L screams that either Glannon book is practically a requirement to survive 1L. I haven't tried it, but I know of a few who claim to have mastered Civ Pro without either book, just by using these tapes.
And if you're really into MP3's, check out Audacity. That's a program that can help you convert cassettes to MP3s and bring Glannon's words into the 21st century. :)
