Hope this is okay to post.  I am a member on another book trading site that trades internationally.  Someone is trying to find out why the USPS site won't let you print postage and mailing labels for first class international mail.  They do for International Priority Mail, but not first class.

Can any of you postal regulation experts help us?

I just keep a pile of green custom forms around and when I mail something international, I stick in on and rubber band the whole package.  I've never had one returned to me and I do it on a fairly regular basis.

I am not sure why they do not allow international first class. It is not an option from the USPS website to print parcel post or media either. I sent a email asking once and got a run around answer. Now they are going to take away the option of printing a label without the postage unless you download a program to do it.

Personal opinion, I think they want to upsell the priority.
