I only remember this as the steamly book we all wanted to explore in High School.

Set in l8th century England and the American colonies, this is the story of Heather Simmons, an innocent English beauty, and her tempestuous romance with wealthy Yankee Captsin Brandon Birmingham.

I thought this a fery good book, could hardly put it down.
