If you wondered about this book, and if it works...IT DOES...I lost about 40 pounds just following this book...great recipes and tips....

Pretty good read but diet requires you tobuy alot of items you normally wouldn't have. I assume if you really did follow the meals you would lose weight but it was a bit to creative for me.
