i really did like this little book.it had alot of very useful tips and ideas on how to obtain better health and a better living for our bodies.i hope someone else will enjoy its benefits also.

folk medicine opened the fitst drug store..Very holistic in natural healings from A New England Country Doctor.....interesting for high blood pressure etc.etc.
