I'm a night-shift CNA.  I take a NAKED protein shake from 7 Eleven with me every night.  Gives me an energy boost, and gets me thru!  Pina Colada's my favorite.

Thanks. I've started taking a Clif bar with me and lots of water and one unsweet tea or coffee.  The clif bar seems to help. I've never gotten full with the small protein bars or drinks and just end up eating ontop of that! And there is so much food usually lying about!
