Hoping someone can help. My daughter's class is having an international day at school and she is representing the country of Norway. She found a Norwegian recipe for Apple Cake and I've figured out all the ingredients and equivalent measurements except "creamy milk". Do you think our equivalent would be milk or cream? The recipe calls for 1/4 of a pint to give you an idea of the amount needed and the size of cake is 8x12.

Many years ago I lived in England and our milk was delivered in glass bottles with the cream floating on top of the milk. I think it would be like our whole milk. Or you could try half and half. Hope that helps.
