I'm trying to get information about a specific type of book.  When I try to search the discussion forums (instead of boring everyone asking a question that's probably been discussed before) I just get page after page of posts about games (& swaps) that list the books.  Does anyone have any advice for me?  Is there a way I can limit where I'm searching or something?

Thanks!   Cindy

I don't know the answer to your question.  But if I were doing this I would go to the genre forums and post the questions.  There are LOTS of knowledgeable people here.  Post your question on the right forum and it won't matter if someone else has asked it before.

I would love to see a feature like this - the ability to search only certain forums, rather than ALL the forums.  It would sure be nice....perhaps in the future?

Go ahead and ask. I just did this the other day. I knew I had seen a thread about what I wanted info on but when I searched I came up with so many threads there was just no way I was going to go through them all.  So I posted a new one.  I agree to be able to search an individual board would be great.

I guess I'll do it that way. I was just hoping to avoid too much repetition. Thanks for the responses!
