Arabella Newbury has fled the Shaker lifestyle to find independence and make her way in the world. But when her friends and co-workers begin to go missing, she begins to question her decision. This is book 2 in the "Bells of Lowell" series, and I recommend it if you enjoy historical novels.

Excellent author. I am enjoying the series. Very historial and accurate. Since I grew up in New England and my great grandfather and grandfather worked in the mills, it gave me some insight to their lives.
