I don't think it will work well. Pasta loses it's texture when frozen. If you wanted to freeze pasta to be used hot, you could cook it al dente and reheat it in hot water. Cold pasta already fully cooked will have a grainy and loose texture when defrosted, and the miracle whip might separate from it. That's my opinion and best guess. Good luck. |
