1 8 oz pkg - cream cheese
1 16 oz pkg - whipped topping
1 can - sweetened condensed milk
3 - graham cracker crusts
Mix softened cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and mix well. Spoon into the 3 graham cracker shells evenly. Cover with graham cracker shell dome and freeze until set.
Slice right out of the freezer and top with your favorite toppings: fruit, toasted coconut, chopped nuts, or ice cream toppings. (My favorite is a little drizzle of caramel ice cream topping and a few chopped nuts.)
Great pie to make ahead and take to a lunch or have ready for last minute guests or quick desserts for the family. And everyone can top their slice their own way! :)
