I've been printing out wrappers for all these Box-O-Books I have pent up this morning.  All of them have printed out fine except for one.  Whenever I try to print it, it has my name and address as both the sender and the receiver, and the books it says I'm sending are actually the books that the Other person is sending.

How do I fix this problem?

This is a glitch, R&R know about it so I'm sure they are working on it. 

It's a glitch.  R&R are working on it.  If you were going to use DC, you can PM the other swapper for their address and use Custom DC.  Of course, I guess you could just PM and then write the address as well...I never think of the easy thing first.  Anyway, it's being worked on and it isn't you  :  )

The issue has been fixed.

I just tried it again and I am still getting the same thing.  My address in both places and the other boxers books listed.

I'm still having a DC printing issue, though the addresses are fixed.  The DC# shows that it has been paid for, but won't print on the page.

I had the same issue the other day with the to and from with my info and the other persons books listed.  Now I am having issues with not having the box to click that says it has been mailed.  Also some of them I had not printed but it says I did.  Kind of BoB total wackiness if you will!  LOL  I am sure R&R are on this and hopefully it will get worked out soon!  They are always really prompt with any issues that arrive.  I will just hang loose and it will work itself out I'm sure!

Log out of PBS,  and your browser, and then log back in and then try again.

DC printing has been fixed.
