An enjoyable read about a 20-something Korean-American woman torn between her own goals in life and what her traditional Korean mother wants for her. Chick lit with a twist (and no sex). This is a very well written book the protagonist's internal struggles are understandable and sympathy evoking. I also learned quite a bit about Korean-American customs and food from this book.

Multicultural chicklit that looks at the pressure a young Korean-American woman faces from both her mother and society. Unexpected twists and hilarious dialogue.
