The writing itself is pretty good, making it tough to put down. However, by the end it becomes clear that his troubles at Sony were largely self-inflicted by his lack of cultural sensitivity; I feel the Luce Foundation made a mistake in assigning him to Japan, if not accepting him in the first place.
