I'm looking for some funny paranormal books or series. I've been reading the Queen Betsy series by MaryJanice Davidson. The first few books in the series were pretty funny, but the later ones aren't really.

Not that I need to add any more books to my TBR pile, but I'm looking for suggestions.

Thanks in advance! :)

You might want to look up these authors...

Angie Fox, Dakota Cassidy, Katie MacAlister, Gerry Bartlett, Julie Kenner, Jim Butcher and Vicki Lewis Thompson.

How about these?

The Accidental Werewolf , Accidentally Dead , The Accidental Human by Dakota Cassidy.   I've only read the first one.   It was good.

Dragon Actually , About a Dragon by G.A. Aiken (who is also Shelley Laurenston)

I love Katie Macalister for funny paranormal. All of her series never take themselves too seriously and can be really funny at times.

G. A. Aiken / Shelly Laurenston that were mentioned - enjoyed these

The Accidental Werewolf-Dakota Cassidy - funny and I have the 2nd one in TBR

Kathy Love's Young Brothers - Fangs for the Memories, Fangs but no Fangs, I only have fangs for you, my sister is a werewolf-I liked the first 2 best

Kerrelyn Sparks' Love at Stake series - love these

Kresley Cole's A Hunger Like No Other started off with a torture scene but parts were funny - lots sex stuff too..haven't read the others in the series yet

bitten & Smitten - rowen? this was funny but I didn't care much for the storyline..just read it like 'chick lit' and it had some f unny moments.

I think Michelle Bardsley's books are funny, and they still have lots of action and romance.  (the vampire series)

Julie Kenner has a YA series, Good Ghouls.

Lynsay Sand's series is much more romance, but it has a lot of puns and humor.

Shelly Laurenston's shifter books--The Beast in Him, Pack Challenge, Go Fetch, The Mane Attraction, Here Kitty, Kitty) are hilarious.  She also writes as G.A. Aikens with the Dragon series mentioned above and they are fun too.

The first three of Lynsay Sands vampire books are being reissued this year with new covers and I think they were the funniest of the whole series.

A Girl's Guide to Vampires
Sex and the Single Vampire and
Sex, Lies And Vampires

Gerry Bartlett's series "Real Vampires...etc"  is funny to me.

Gerry Bartlett books

Forgot to mention Erin McCarthy's Vegas Vampires is funny too.

High Stakes (book 1)
Bit the Jackpot (book 2)
Bled Dry (book 3)
Sucker Bet (book 4)

The characters in Stephanie Rowe's Immortally Sexy series have a great sense of humor. I just finished book 3 and I'm thinking about keeping them.

Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse series is also a good one.
