Pamela Morsi,

Anne Mallory

Julia Quinn

Cathy Maxwell

Tamara Lejuene

Jill Barnett

Miranda Neville

Eloisa James

Lisa Kleypas

Although not all of these are going to match the type of humor that Sands uses and some of these have more humor then others. I have more...I just have to go peruse my shelves.

If you like Historicals, try Julia Quinn.  Many of her books are funny and she's a very good writer.  I'm on my last book in her Bridgertons series and I have to say there wasn't a clunker in the lot.

Betina Krahn can be hilarious. I like Luck Be a Lady and Passion's Treasure - those are both pretty funny. Julia Quinn is light and funny as well.

You have to read Mr. Impossible by Loretta Chase.  And I think it was Bertie who turned us onto Sharon Sala's unexpectedly wonderfully funny trilogy starting with Whipporwill and ending with The Hen House

Definitely Julia Quinn. Her Bridgerton series is hysterical in parts, and it earned a place on my keeper shelf. :)
