Second book in series -- and I've requested the next two. Author does a great job of updating from the previous book but not retelling the whole thing -- as some authors do.

Interesting stories of three ladies who thought they were at the end of the road and have made a new home and life together -- encompassing their adult children, new friends and new loves.

If you enjoy a good read about the small, but extremely important, things in life, I believe you will enjoy this series. This is the second book in the series and I enjoyed it as much as the first. The ladies are settling into life in Covington: making friends, falling in and out of love, planning weddings, going into business, and rallying the community to stop the progression of development in their beloved valley. The characters draw you into their everyday lives.

A nice read about Hannah, Amelia and Grace, 3 ladies who have relocated to Covington, NC from Pennsylvania to spend their retirement years. A sequel to "The Ladies of Covington Send Their Love", the story picks up again with the ladies and their adventures - weddings, ice storms, TV reporters and tearooms all play a part.

A continuation of the adventures of three mature ladies, ekking out new lives for themselves in the face of ever-changing relationships, world situations, and life. Second of a series.

I like the fact that the author did not retell the entire story from the first book, as some authors do. Also I like that the ladies are much stronger and independent than they were in the first book.

Initially found this hard to get into... not as fast as the others but once I got past that slow start it was hard to put down. Another great story about the 3 ladies and their lovely new friends and neighbors as well as some info about their families
