update I know for a fact it will be publish in book form
This book looks to be the last in the series. It should be a conclusion of the story. But the conclusion never happens. There obviously needs to be a 5th book to tie up the story lines because a new one is introduced during this book. No concluding book is indicated as being written. This series is one of the strangest series I've read. The first 2 volumes are virtually the same book. Now there's no ending available now or in the future. Too bad because I really enjoyed the books.
