This is the first time I have encountered this problem.  A member contacted me wanting to buy credits.  So the credits were purchased but now I don't know how to transfer them over.  The account they are going to is set on private even the profile.  The only way I know of to transfer credits from one account to another is with the give credits button on the profile page which I can't seem to access.  Any other ideas?

Even if his profile is private, you should be able to give him credits or PM him by clicking on his name in any post or PM to you. 

I typed that and now am not sure.  But try clicking on the name from the PM they sent you wanting to buy credits.

Thanks but that is what I tried first and found out didn't work.  I sent an email to him so hopefully we can work out a way to transfer the credits over.

There is also a Give Credits button on the Bookshelf if you can access that and if you two add each other as Friends you can transfer credits through that screen.

I can't access the bookshelf either.  I did think about the Friends option but would still have to wait until he accepted the offer.  So for now, I just sent an email asking him how he wanted to work the getting of the credits he bought.
